Policies

  • Sweet Clover is a Waldorf- nature based program. We are outside no matter the weather and/or season. Safety measures will be taken for extreme weather.

It is imperative that your child is dressed well for the changing seasons of mountain living. Basic materials and clothing will be requested to have based on seasonal need. There are some clothing and materials on site for case by case scenarios to ensure the well-being of the child(ren.)

If you are in need of something, please ask. We often receive donations of quality material.

  • Sweet Clover is designed for 3-7 year olds.

  • Children need to be completely potty trained before attending Sweet Clover.

  • Your child must be:

Free of any fever for 24-hours

Free of any vomiting for 24-hours

If your child is exhibiting any symptoms (runny nose, cough, sneezing, etc.) Please alert us to discuss severity to determine if your child is well enough to attend program that day. Please use your own discretion, while being respectful to limit the spread of germs to our staff and the rest of the children in class.

  • Sweet Clover refers to Blaine County School District and other local schools for guidelines on closure due to inclement weather, but ultimately, we will make our own decision on inclement weather closures. Snow and weather closures are non-refundable and will not incur a tuition credit.

  • Meals provided may include, or come in contact with, or be prepared on surfaces, that are exposed to common allergens, including: wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.

Any other minor allergies or dietary restrictions may be able to be accommodated on a case by case basis. Please be sure to list any concerns regarding dietary restrictions on your application.
